Using this website
By using www.pulsesigns.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
We publish guidance on signage, materials, permitting and costs in good faith and keep it under review. It is general information for Nova Scotia businesses, not professional, legal, engineering or regulatory advice. Municipal fees, by-law provisions and manufacturer specifications change without notice. Always confirm anything you are about to rely on with the relevant authority, or with us in writing, before committing money to it.
Quotations and pricing
Nothing on this website is an offer or a price. Every project is quoted individually after we understand the site, the scope and the requirements. A quotation is only binding when it is issued in writing by Pulse Signs & Design and accepted, and it is subject to the terms set out on that document — including validity period, deposit, permit responsibility, site access, and warranty terms.
Portfolio and imagery
Images shown in the portfolio illustrate types of work. Where photography is a placeholder that is stated on the page. We do not name clients or premises without permission.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and code of this website belong to Pulse Signs & Design unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it without written permission. Ownership of artwork produced for a project is dealt with in your quotation, not here.
Third-party links
We link to municipal and provincial sources so you can verify what we have written. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Signs & Design is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
