Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to Pulse Signs & Design and to information collected through www.pulsesigns.co. It does not cover any third-party website you reach from a link here.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the quote form or the contact form, that is:
- Your name and, if you provide one, your business name
- Your email address and phone number
- The service, project type, location, timeline and budget range you select
- Anything you write in the project description
- Any files you attach, such as logos, drawings or photographs
- Your preferred contact method
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and you should never send them to us by email.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and deliver work you ask us to do. If you become a client, we keep the details needed to run the project and support the signage afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to complete your project — for example a licensed electrician doing the final connection, or a municipality processing a sign permit application made on your behalf.
Marketing
We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking. If we ever send commercial electronic messages, they will comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and will always include a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
This website stores one item in your browser: your light or dark theme preference. It is kept locally in your browser and is never sent to us.
If analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this section will be updated to name them and describe what they collect, and a cookie notice will be added where one is required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up. Project records are kept longer, because signage often needs servicing years later and the original drawings and specifications matter. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hardik@mmphalifax.com or call (902) 243-1434. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
