How a project runs
Six steps from first site visit to final inspection
No hand-offs to a broker, no waiting on a rented lift. The people who draw your sign are the people who build it and put it up.
Consultation & Site Survey
We visit the building, measure the fascia, check sightlines and power, and photograph the elevation. What is possible on your wall is decided here, not later.
For vehicles we take the year, make, model and body style, and photograph all four sides. Accurate measurements up front are what stop surprises at install.
Design & Drawings
You get a scaled rendering on a photo of your own building, plus the dimensioned shop drawings a landlord or municipality will ask to see.
We work from your brand files where you have them and rebuild artwork as clean vector where you do not.
Approval & Permits
You sign off on the design. We prepare the permit package and file it with HRM, and coordinate with landlords or property managers on sign criteria.
Permanent commercial signage in HRM generally needs a sign construction permit; downtown Halifax addresses can carry an extra site plan approval step.
Production & Fabrication
Printing, routing, welding, painting and assembly all happen on our own floor in Dartmouth. Nothing is brokered out to a shop we cannot walk into.
Being in-house means colour, tolerances and schedule stay under one roof — and a change on Tuesday does not cost you two weeks.
Installation
Our crew installs with our own bucket trucks and lifts, on a date we hold. Electrical connections are coordinated with a licensed electrician.
We do not rent lift time or wait on a subcontractor’s calendar, which is usually what moves an install date.
Final Inspection & Handover
We check illumination, alignment, sealing and fasteners, clean up the site, and hand over photos and the documentation you may need later.
If something needs attention after handover, you call the same people who built it.

Our production shop on Williams Avenue in Dartmouth runs to 14,000 square feet, with room to build, finish and stage large signage indoors year-round.
Design, print and fabrication in-house
Layout, large-format printing, routing, welding, painting and assembly all happen under our own roof. No part of your sign is farmed out to another shop.
Our own installation equipment
We own our installation equipment, bucket trucks included. Lift access is not rented or sub-contracted, so your install date does not depend on another company.
